DO YOU SHIP TO OVERSEAS?

Temporarily, we ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Indonesia only. However, we offer special shipment to the rest of the world. Kindly contact our customer care for further information. Email: customercare@tmfhouse.com

DO I NEED TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE?
DOMESTIC (SHIP TO MALAYSIA)

As long as your purchase sub-total is RM500 or above, you have nothing to bear with the shipping fee. WE HAVE YOU COVERED! However, should your purchase sub-total is RM500 below, flat shipping rate of RM15 will be loaded on automatically based on the delivery address filled in. You may check with us frequently, we offer free shipping from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL (SHIP TO SINGAPORE)

As long as your purchase sub-total is RM1000 or above, you have nothing to bear with the shipping fee. WE HAVE YOU COVERED! However, should your purchase sub-total is RM1000 below, flat shipping rate of RM45 will be loaded on automatically based on the delivery address filled in. You may check with us frequently, we offer free shipping from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL (SHIP TO AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, CHINA, HONG KONG, MACAU, TAIWAN, THAILAND, PHILIPPINES, VIETNAM & INDONESIA)

As long as your purchase sub-total is RM1500 or above, you have nothing to bear with the shipping fee. WE HAVE YOU COVERED! However, should your purchase sub-total is RM1500 below, flat shipping rate of RM110 will be loaded on automatically based on the delivery address filled in. You may check with us frequently, we offer free shipping from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE COUNTIRES)

As long as your purchase sub-total is RM1500 or above, you have nothing to bear with the shipping fee. WE HAVE YOU COVERED! However, should your purchase sub-total is RM1100 below, flat shipping rate of RM120 will be loaded on automatically based on the delivery address filled in. You may check with us frequently, we offer free shipping from time to time.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

We are afraid we couldn’t ship to PO Boxes. Apology for the inconvenient caused. 

WHAT IS “PREMIUM DELIVERY”? (Temporarily Unavailable)

By selecting “PREMIUM DELIVERY” in the shipping option, your item(s) will be sent by our trustable in-house delivery crew. Hence, Cash On Delivery (COD) can be chosen in this particular shipping method. Once the item is being booked, the crew will contact you through email or phone contact to book your preference delivery time, date and location. Please note that this service is temporarily open for Klang Valley and Selangor customers only. 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We are regret that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

In endeavour to provide fast delivery and for you to receive your purchase(s) as soon as possible, we provide express shipping with no additional charges for most of the order. However, mode of shipping might be vary for every item, fully depending on our cooperated merchant. For detail information on particular item, kindly find it on the product description. Please allow us 1-3 working days to have your order completed and shipped out.

Available items: Once your order is confirmed, the item(s) will be prepared carefully to send to the registered shipping address. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Approximately, delivery within Malaysia will take 3-5 working days and international order might take slightly longer (max. 16 working days).

Pre-order items: Particularly to pre-order item, time consume for delivery might take relatively longer compared to available item. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the products arrived in our warehouse. We will keep you informed along the way.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Through email, we will keep you updated with the tracking information and estimated delivery date. Alternatively, you can check the progress in your TMF account under “My Orders” section. In the event of delays in customs, customers will be notified directly by the courier and TMF House.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?

International shipments are subject to the custom charges, taxes and import duties after the parcel being reached at the destined country. We ship your parcel on “Delivered Duties Unpaid” (DDU). As the recipient of the particular order, you must instead pay the relevant taxes and duties to the shipper. In many situations, the custom or courier will attempt to leave you a call pertaining to the payable taxes and duties before the parcel being sent to your location. If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties, the parcel will be returned to the sender location and you will be charged for the return shipment cost(s).

TMF House does not hold the responsibility for the delayed shipment due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other consequences that beyond our control. Undelivered parcel(s) will be returned to our warehouse.
