Thanks for shopping with us. We hope that you love your purchase. Unfortunately, for any reason, if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 7 days to return the merchandise(s) from the delivery date.

All purchased merchandise can be returned for full refund (with exception), only if the security tag still intact and attached to the returned merchandise. To ensure your return is eligible and successful, all returned merchandise has to be remained in original condition, unworn, unwashed, non-defected/non-damaged, with no sign of regular uses/misusage and repacked with original packaging. We reserve the right to refund the returns that doesn’t conforming to abovementioned conditions. Failed returns will be sent back to the customer. Fee(s) may apply respectively and is borne by the customer.

TMF House cannot accommodate exchange. Should you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the unsuitable item for refund and to place a new order again. Unless wrong or defected item received by customer upon arriving, returned item(s) will be exchanged accordingly. Therefore, we strongly recommend the customer read all the product information before proceed to checkout.

For convenience purpose, we issue refunds in store credit only. As soon as the return has been processed and approved by our Quality Control team, the refund amount will be credited immediately into your TMF account, including the original cost of shipping. All refund issued will be in the full amount of payment has been made unless stated otherwise.

We are regret that the following products are non-returnable due to hygienic condition and several concerns:
(a) All grooming product
(b) All accessories product
(c) Innerwear (underwear/swimwear)
(d) All sale product 

(e) Products purchased through COD

To request a return, click the REQUEST TO RETURN and fill up the form with required information. You will soon be contacted and received a refund confirmation email with the RETURN NOTE and the return shipping instructions.

As a customer, you could return the parcel through any shipping service provider. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost imposed for returning the parcel. International customer is advised to place the RETURN NOTE on the parcel itself to avoid being charged from any taxes and duties. Under circumstances of item(s) damaged or loss happened during the process of return, it is the responsible of customer. Hence, we recommend customer to use a system tracking shipment.

Unless stated differently in refund confirmation email, all returned merchandise must be delivered back to our warehouse at following address in Malaysia:
